Zen Solutions ("the platform", "we") provides local businesses with a management platform that includes, among other things: online appointment booking, conversational assistants (chat, phone, messaging), email and text reminders, an online store, simplified accounting, and marketing tools. The platform is operated from Quebec, Canada, and is available at zen-ai.net.
The service is intended for businesses. You must provide accurate information when creating your account and keep your credentials confidential. You are responsible for activity carried out under your account.
You may connect your own third-party service accounts (for example Google Calendar and Gmail, Stripe, Meta) to enable features. These connections are made through each provider's official authorization mechanisms and can be revoked at any time from your dashboard or with the provider. Use of Google data complies with Google's "Limited Use" requirements: data obtained is used solely to provide user-facing features (creating calendar events, sending transactional emails, processing customer replies), is not sold, is not used for advertising, and is not used to train generalized AI models.
The subscription is billed according to the agreed plan. Certain usage (for example text messaging, call minutes, AI processing) may be billed in addition based on actual consumption. Fees are payable in advance and are non-refundable, unless otherwise stated in writing or required by law.
Your business and customer data belong to you. We host and process them to provide the service, in accordance with our privacy policy. Regular backups are performed. When your account is closed, your data is deleted or returned to you upon reasonable request.
We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Planned or unplanned interruptions may occur. Support is provided through the channels indicated on the site.
To the extent permitted by law, Zen Solutions's total liability for any damages arising from the service is limited to the amounts paid for the service during the last three (3) months. Zen Solutions is not liable for indirect damages, lost profits, or loss of data.
You may end your subscription at any time. We may suspend or terminate an account in the event of a breach of these terms, with reasonable notice where circumstances permit.
We may modify these terms; material changes will be communicated through the usual channels. Continued use of the service after the changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
These terms are governed by the laws of Quebec and the laws of Canada applicable therein. Any dispute falls under the jurisdiction of the competent courts of Quebec.
